My role is to guide you back into your body, where unresolved emotions and trauma reside. Healing is a journey, not a destination—it’s a lifestyle, a choice we make daily. Nervous system regulation and connecting with your inner child should become a regular practice, much like going to the gym or following a diet. It’s through habit and consistency that true results emerge.
